How long will it take to repair my DS console ?
Most repairs take 2-3 days.
How much will it cost to repair my DS ?
Once we have inspected your DS we will contact you and give you a price for the repair. The prices on this website are only for guidance.
When do I pay for the repair to my DS ?
Once we have repaired and tested your DS then we will contact you and arrange the payment.
Can I pay with my Credit / Debit card ?
Yes - we can accept credit / debit card payments via Paypal.
I live locally - can I drop my DS off for repair ?
Yes - please contact us to arrange drop off / collection.
Can I wait while you repair my DS ?
No sorry - we do not offer this service.
Can you repair the DSI-XL ?
No - we do not currently repair the DSI-XL as parts are not readily available for this console.
Do you repair water / liquid damaged consoles ?
Although we are happy to inspect liquid damaged consoles, the majority are
beyond economical repair. This is due to the fact that the cost of all the required parts would be greater than a new console.
