Terms & Conditions of Repair
Our Nintendo DS repair services are provided on your agreement to these terms and conditions.
You are entirely responsible for your console during transit to us. We cannot take responsibility for any loss or damages during transit to ourselves. We recommend an insured courier service is used along with good packaging.
After sending your console to us for repair, the console will be liable to a return delivery charge of £5.95 regardless of the repair. Return delivery charge of £5.95 is for UK repairs only. Repairs from outside the UK may incur a higher postgage cost. Please contact us for postage costs for repairs from outside the UK
If for any reason you do not want the console to be returned we can safely dispose of it free of charge.
To diagnose the fault we will need to take your console apart. This will will invalidate any remaining manufactures warranty on the console.
After the initial inspection of your console we will contact you with an exact cost of the repair, you can then decide if you wish to have the repairs carried out or not.
It is your own responsibility to back up any data that may be on your console. (Game saves / pictures etc) We always try to avoid any data loss, however its not always possible and sometimes data needs to be deleted to repair the fault.
After you console has been repaired and tested it will be shipped back to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel.
